Oct 3, 2007A little over four years ago artist Brian Herring joined our little company. His artistic abilities and technical knowledge contributed immensely to our transistion from prepress services company to our present incarnation as a graphic design and web development studio. His presence enriched us and will continue to influence our direction for years to come. Recently Brian accepted a position at NC State University and we will miss him. Congratulations Brian—we wish you continued success and look forward to the next performance of Interplay!
Three years ago, artist Gabe Kessler made an appointment to show his portfolio. At the time, we had no openings, but Gabe’s artwork convinced us to utilize him as a contract illustrator. He created numerous designs for the local t-shirt company Blank Generations Tees (my favorite is the “I Feel Fine” tee). Gabe continued to hone his graphics abilities and, as we began to add web development services, he started to add web development chops to his skill set. He stayed in nearly constant contact with us and when Brian’s seat became available he was a natural choice for the position. Welcome aboard, Gabe!
