Jul 29, 2005Sutton Station is an exciting mix of retail businesses, offices, and luxury apartments attractively situated on 16 acres just north of The Streets at Southpoint Mall on Fayetteville Street in Durham, North Carolina. We were contacted by Ticon Properties, the management company for Sutton Station, and asked to redesign the existing site. The new site has a directory of tenants, floor plans of the apartments, and a news and upcoming events section that is editable by Ticon Properties staff.
