The NC Marriage and Family Therapy Licensure Board had admired our work with the North Carolina Medical Board and were happy to find we were based in Raleigh. They felt our organizational approach could be applied to their site and hired us to complete a redesign of the site. Because their existing site was hard to update, they relied on downloaded .pdfs to distribute information to their licensees and the public. Since the board has a very small staff, they needed a solution that would allow fast and easy updating of site content if they were going to break from their download model.

The new site is an ExpressionEngine managed site and allows their staff to easily update content and post information for the public. We also developed a Ruby on Rails web application to manage the updating of their licensee database. The app has a search function so that consumers can research licensees.
