The Ticon Properties site is driven by a MySQL database and PHP programming with a little AJAX thrown in. A visitor looking for a residential property can download video tours, compare floor plans of units within a property, view a Google map of the property and download an application form. Commercial clients see a list of all available units, floor plans, pricing and maps of the property.
The real magic in this site is the custom web application we built to allow Ticon personnel to maintain the content. Using a web browser, Ticon staff can log in and edit property information such as contact numbers, unit availability, and unit pricing, upload media files and floor plans, and edit office information as well.
